Can you send the products to my place?
We are happy to assist in coordinating the delivery to your country. Typically, we arrange delivery to the nearest port in your country, and from there, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange transportation from the port to their final destination.

What is your delivery time?
Our delivery time typically ranges from 40 to 60 days, depending on factors such as order size, customization requirements, and current production capacity. For specific delivery estimates and timelines, please feel free to contact us with your order details, and we will provide you with a more precise delivery schedule.

What is your payment term?
Our standard payment terms entail a 50% deposit upon order placement, with the remaining balance to be settled via T/T prior to delivery. For orders exceeding $20,000, we also welcome irrevocable L/C at sight. Additionally, for sample orders, we accept payments through PayPal, Western Union, and MoneyGram for your convenience.
